Sandy,

I'm so sorry to hear of John's death.  There has not been a time in
the three years that I've known you that I couldn't just drop
everything and come, but this is one of them.  I'm disappointed that I
will not be able to be there and feel very badly about it.  I would
have liked to have been able to talk at it.  I do not have that
funeral talk with me.  It's in storage in Yakima.

I believe the the Ronnie Milsap song you asked about is "I Wouldn't
Have Missed It For The World."

You should ask Bob Winters to conduct.  I'm sure he'd be happy to and
it would take some of the weight off your shoulders.

Please tell the kids I said hello.   You and they know better than
anyone else that John's spirit lives on and you will once again be
reunited.  It is his sudden absence that makes it so difficult but it
will get better with time.
