Misc. Notes
Mary Jane had come to Utah not as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, but she joined later in life. She was a brave pioneer woman who had courage, and her faith in those around her who brought her to the West.

She died 2 Aug 1903 in Fairview, Sanpete, Utah. She had experienced much in the development of America from Virginia to Utah during her lifetime. She had left comfortable circumstances in Kentucky for the one she loved, and never regretted her move. Her posterity honor her for her courage as a pioneer woman.
[This source includes a photo of Mary Jane.]

There is quite a bit more written about Mary Jane at this general source.3
