Keystone Forest No. 93 T.C.L., Tall Cedars of Lebanon, of Curwensville, was instituted June 19, 1923 in the Curwensville Opera House. The meeting was presided over by Supreme Tall Cedar John A. Longacre of Camden, NJ, home of the Supreme Forest. Among those who were taken in, and later demitted to organize and became charter members, was an M. A. Caldwell.1990

An M. A. Caldwell is identified as one of the twenty-five charter members of the Curwensville Susquehanna Grange No. 1145, organized 5 March 1896 but did not keep up his membership.1995
