A Larry Passmore is identified as a Clearfield Brough patrolman in a “Stolen Car Found” article in the Clearfield Progress, 13 March 1970, p. 10 on Ancestry.com. There are other mentions as well including in 8 March 1968 issue, p. 3 in which he was granted permanent stauts in salary and a telephone who had served his six-month probabtionary period.3
