Misc. Notes
John, a widower, was a resident of the state of Illinois just five weeks before his death.
__________

It appears John died from cystitis which refers to urinary bladder inflammation that results from any one of a number of distinct syndromes. It is most commonly caused by a bacterial infection in which case it is referred to as a urinary tract infection.6194
____________

My theory is that John was staying with his son Ira and his family in Chicago [when he passed away]. Perhaps he had come to visit and intended to see the World's Columbian Exposition that was taking place in Chicago in 1893. His date of death is certainly during the time of the expo or World's Fair.

It was one of those once in a lifetime events so I could see his son coaxing him out to stay and perhaps go a day or two to see the Great White Way.  Sadly, John was not in the best of health and perhaps the trip was too much for him. 6195
